We use your data solely to: • Respond to your inquiry • Prepare a quote or feasibility assessment • Communicate further about a potential project • Fulfil statutory record-keeping obligations

Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months after last communication, unless they become part of contractual documentation (in which case statutory retention periods apply, tax law: 10 years).

We share your data only with the following processors, acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements: • Resend (email delivery; AWS, USA, SCC clauses) • Vercel (application hosting; EU servers) We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Security
We use HTTPS for all communications, encryption of sensitive data at rest, regular access control and security upgrades. Our employees and processors are bound by contractual confidentiality commitments.
9. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies on this website. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies, so no consent banner is required.
